After receiving several opposing diagnoses for my transmission issues, Paul and Tim set the record straight, gave me my options, got right to work (up to and after closing time) trying to fix my problems, and gave me strict instructions to report back with an update on how my car was doing. This family-owned business made me feel like a part of their family. Unlike the big chains, they are in no way in this business for the money. After doing what they could to salvage the mistaken reports I had previously received, they sent me home without charging a dime.
